Sourdough Stuffing

Cooking Time: 30 mins
- In a large pot, melt the butter with the olive oil.
- Sauté the garlic briefly - 30 - 60 seconds (or until fragrant).
- Add the mushrooms – season with salt & pepper – (they will look dry, then wet, then dry)
- Add the onion, carrots, and celery – season with salt & pepper – cook until fork tender
- Add the Bag of Stuffing, toss quickly, and then begin adding broth, 1 cup at a time.
- Stir after adding each cup of broth and continue adding until the mixture looks wet, but not soupy.

- Garlic (6-8 cloves)
- Onion (2-3 medium/large)
- Carrots (5-6 full size)
- Celery (1 bunch/5-6 Stalks)
- Mushrooms (1 pound of Oyster or Shitake)
- Stock or broth (3-4 cups)
- Bag of Stuffing
- Salt & Pepper
